At Aurora Geometry, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.


Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at ken@aura-gleam.com. We can modify the address up until your order leaves our facility. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.


Quality Problems & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order carefully within 7 days after receiving the goods. If you discover any quality problems or receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Detailed description of the problem

Important Note: If the incorrect size, color, or style is selected by you during checkout and sent out to you, Aurora Geometry is not responsible for replacing these items. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.


Product Image Disclaimer

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to:

  • Variations in screen resolution and display settings
  • Lighting conditions during photography
  • Natural variations in gemstones and materials

We strongly encourage you to contact us with any questions about the color, material, size, or specifications of any item before purchasing.


Cancellations

Please note that once your order has been submitted, we will immediately begin design and production on your jewelry items.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Before Production: Full refund available if cancelled before design work begins
  • After Design Starts: Orders are subject to a $50 restocking fee per standard item (additional charges apply for complex or customized designs)
  • During Production: If you request a cancellation after the order has been put into production, please understand that a refund or return will not be available

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less:

  • Shipping fees
  • Restocking fees (if applicable)
  • Discounts on personalized items

Exception: Full refunds including shipping will be provided in cases of incorrect shipment or defective products.

Refund Timeline:

  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email
  • Please allow 7-10 business days from the confirmation email for funds to appear in your account
  • It may take an additional billing cycle to see the refund on your credit card statement

Exchange & Return Policy

Personalized & Custom Items

Our personalized and custom jewelry items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. These one-of-a-kind pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Standard Items

Standard (non-personalized) items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if:

  • Items are in original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging and tags are intact
  • Items have not been resized, engraved, or altered

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund including shipping costs

Items NOT Covered by Return/Exchange Policy

Please note that the following situations are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance
  • Personal reasons such as changed mind, personal taste, or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size or color selected by customer during checkout
  • Items worn, resized, or altered after receipt
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Orders placed more than 90 days ago

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at ken@aura-gleam.com within the applicable timeframe
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Include clear photos if reporting damage or defects
  4. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Important: Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Customer Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping method with insurance for valuable items

Final Sale Notice

All sales are final after 90 days from receipt. Please inspect your items and contact us promptly if you have any concerns.

Aurora Geometry reserves the right to make amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
